ARCO Station #2130 page 2
7906 N . EI Dorado Street, Stockton June 29 , 2009
Please be advised that California Underground Storage Tank ( UST) Regulations require
responsible parties for leaking USTs submit quarterly reports to the EHD. For quarterly
reports when no sampling has occurred , the reports due at the EHD must include the -
status of the site , activities that have occurred at the site during the reporting period
since the last reporting period , and the dates when future activities will occur at the site .
{ All reports are to be submitted to Geotracker.
The shallow ground water has consistently flowed to the northeast at this site .
Monitoring well MW- 16 is the most northeasterly well for this site and the samples
collected from this well during March 2009 indicate that the DCA ground water
concentration has increased significantly since December 2008 . If this trend continues ,
ARCO will be required to continue the lateral plume investigation to the northeast to
define the extent of DCA in the ground water.
If you have any questions , you may contact Michael Infurna at (209) 468-3454 .
;
Michael J .
