04 Ms. Lisa Brown October 26, 1992 Page 4 On October 26, 1992, Dwight Davis phoned me to discuss complaint. When I told him of the complaints EHD had received Mr. Davis stated: "We took it to private property", "We are planning to mix it with horse manuer and put water on it", "We found someone who could use some fill", "They knew where it came from", "We moved some to another part of the marina and the rest was taken to the private property", "It is now piled up on rural piece of property, not near any water, and it is going to be used as fill" . When I asked how much soil was removed to property he stated approximately 30 cu. yds. When I asked him the address where the soil was taken he stated, "I don't have the address". Mr. Davis also stated "this is the soil from the sides and the top, and not from the bottom" . During the course of the phone call Mr. Davis also stated they were trying to do everything right, and they didn't want anymore trouble. He asked me to get back to him to let him know if they could proceed with speading out soil and starting the treatment (bioremediation) or if there was a problem. On October 26, 1992, Doug Wilson, Supervising R.E.H.S. , instructed me to write a DA case for this site.
