SAN .,JOAQUINEnvironmental Health Department <br /> ---COUN,rY-- <br /> Complaint Record Daily Time and Activity Summary from 1/1/2019 to <br /> 7/26/2019 for COQDPHYHI located at <br /> 15250 N THORNTON RD, LODI, CA <br /> Activity Date Recorded by <br /> 05/27/2019 9:12 PM - Received a call back from Brandon of Patriot Environmental stating they PE 2546 FLORIDO <br /> 138 min were about an hour from completing the clean-up. SC 964 <br /> 9:36 PM -Arrived on site. Verified clean-up of asphalt complete. Patriot stated <br /> they flushed the drain line from the impacted drain to the second drain, <br /> approximately 250 feet west of the impacted drain. <br /> Kurk, Love's Operation Manager on site, confirmed that the impacted drain leads <br /> to an oil water separator, which leads to a City of Lodi sanitary sewer system. The <br /> oil water separator was not impacted, as seen during my initial observations. <br /> Verified the impacted drains were cleaned. Clean-up is complete. <br /> Stayed on site until Patriot completed placing the rinsate into drums. Three 55-gal <br /> steel drums of hazardous waste liquid were generated, and seven 55-gal steel <br /> drums of hazardous waste solids were generated. Patriot left the ten drums on <br /> visqueen on soil next to the incident location. Brandon of Patriot stated that once <br /> the RP, Pat Fruth, obtains an EPA ID number, Patriot will pick up the ten drums for <br /> disposal. <br /> 11:12 PM - Left site. <br /> 11:30 PM -Arrive home.
