According to LC Services, all existing sensors will remain at their <br />original location and one vent box Veeder Root (VR -208) sensor will be added to the existing <br />monitoring system; no conversion frames and no ball floats will be installed during this tank top <br />upgrade. <br />The permit has been approved with the following conditions: <br />1. Contact the local fire department and the San Joaquin Valley Air Pollution Control District <br />for any applicable permits and requirements. <br />2. Any changes shall be submitted to the EHD for approval prior to commencing work. All <br />new submittals supersede the previous ones. <br />3. Contact Elena Manzo at (209) 953-7699 to arrange the following appointments (a 48- <br />hour notice is required for inspection appointments): <br />❑ Existing piping removal and soil sampling <br />❑ Primary piping soap test of all piping and penetrations (product and vent): One-hour <br />pneumatic pressure test at 110% of operating pressure, or 40 psi, whichever is <br />greater. <br />❑ Secondary piping slope (at 1/8- inches per foot or greater) to a containment sump <br />with an audible/visual alarm. <br />❑ Secondary piping soap test of all piping and penetrations (product and vent): One- <br />hour pneumatic pressure test at the manufacturer's recommended pressure. <br />❑ Verification of pipe setbacks and burial depth according to the manufacturer's <br />installation instructions.
