Log into the California Environmental Reporting System (CERS), complete and submit a "UST <br /> Certification of Installation/Modification" form for the conversion frames on the UDCs. <br /> 7. All components must be certified by an independent testing organization and labeled as <br /> required by the organization (UL, ULC, ANSI, API, ASTM, etc.). See California Code of <br /> Regulations (CCR) Title 23, Chapter 16, Table B for a complete list. <br /> 8. Permit expires 180 days from the date of approval.
