It was documented in CERS that there was no secondary piping for the "Vent Secondary Containment", the "Vapor Recovery Secondary Containment", and the 'Riser Pipe Secondary Containment." During the inspection, it was observed that there was secondary contianment in the Vent, Vapor Recovery and the Riser piping. Any change of information must be updated in CERS within 30 days of the changes. Immediately log into CERS, update the required information, and submit for review by the EHD.
