FGL Environmental (FGL) of Stockton, California <br /> ' CLS and FGL are accredited by the State of California Department of Health Services <br /> (DHS) for the requested analyses. Samples were analyzed on a regular laboratory <br /> ' turnaround schedule, requiring approximately 10 to 12 working days for receipt of <br /> analytical data. <br /> ' The water samples were analyzed for the following: <br /> pH by Standard Method (SM) 4500-H+B <br /> Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) by SM 2540C <br /> Nitrate as Nitrogen by EPA Method 300.0 <br /> Total Kjeldahl Nitrogen (TKN) by SM4500-NorgC <br /> Ammonia as Nitrogen by SM4500-NH3-D <br /> Total and Fecal Coliform Organisms by SM 9221B <br /> ' For additional information regarding the chemical analysis, please refer to the <br /> laboratory data sheets in Appendix C. <br /> ' 3.2 2011 VADOSE ZONE MONITORING <br /> ' On September 16, 2011 (during the third quarter 2011) eight soil borings were <br /> ' advanced within process wastewater application areas and background locations from <br /> areas within the site boundary that have reportedly not received process wastewater. <br /> Three soil samples were collected from each boring at approximate depths of 6-inches, <br /> ' 3-feet, and 6-feet below ground surface (bgs). Three of the sampling locations (B-2, B- <br /> 3, and B-4) were chosen to assess the soil within the McKinley Avenue rapid infiltration <br /> ' area. One vadose zone background sampling location (B-1) was chosen in a nearby <br /> area of the subject property that reportedly does not receive process wastewater. <br /> ' Sample locations B-5 and B-6 were advanced in the vicinity of the North-Louise Avenue <br /> Area. Background sample B-5 was chosen in an area outside of the Louise Avenue <br /> ' Infiltration Area (east side), which reportedly does not receive process wastewater. B-6 <br /> was advanced within the application area on the west side. Borings B-7 and B-8 were <br /> advanced in the vicinity of the South-Louise Avenue Area.
