Mr. Lynn Forcum ? - 2 - 0 15 July 2004 <br /> a need to either reduce the volume of wastewater produced or acquire additional land application areas. <br /> Waste Discharge Requirements, Provision G.6 requires: <br /> At least 90 days prior to termination or expiration of any lease, contract, or agreement involving <br /> the land application or landscaped areas used to juste the capacity authorized herein and <br /> assure compliance with this Order, the Discharger shall notify the Regional Board in writing of <br /> the situation and of what measures have been taken or are being taken to assure full compliance <br /> with this Order. <br /> By 15 August 2004, California Natural Products shall submit a water balance that evaluates the <br /> wastewater disposal capacity of the remaining land application areas. The report shall be prepared <br /> under the supervision of a California Licensed Engineer.
