Box 1219 <br /> Lathrop, CA 95330 <br /> NOTICE OF ADOPTION <br /> OF <br /> REVISED WASTE DISCHARGE REQUIREMENTS <br /> FOR <br /> CALIFORNIA NATURAL PRODUCTS <br /> WASTEWATER TREATMENT FACILITY <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> Waste Discharge Requirements (WDRs) Order No. R5-2003-0141 for the above wastewater treatment <br /> facility was adopted by the California Regional Water Quality Control Board, Central Valley Region, at <br /> its 5 September 2003 meeting. <br /> Please note that the WDRs contain compliance schedules with specific timetables for submitting reports <br /> and conducting studies to the wastewater system. The first scheduled due date is 4 December 2003, <br /> when you must submit a Groundwater Characterization Workplan; please refer to the enclosed Order for <br /> other deliverable requirements. In addition, the WDRs contain a Monitoring and Reporting Program <br /> (MRP)that contains specified monitoring requirements for you to implement. Please review the MRP <br /> closely so that you may establish the appropriate sampling schedules and protocols.
