WORKPLAN <br /> for <br /> FUEL DISTRIBUTION PIPING REPLACEMENT <br /> and <br /> PHASE 1 EVR INSTALLATION <br /> 7-ELEVEN FOOD STORES <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> This document presents the work to be performed by Glacier Environmental Services, Inc. (Glacier) under <br /> contract with 7-Eleven, Inc. at seven gas station /food stores located in San Joaquin County, California. <br /> The work is being performed to bring existing fuel dispensing systems into compliance with secondary <br /> containment testing and annual maintenance certification. The work will also include installation of Phase <br /> 1 Enhanced Vapor Recovery (EVR). The seven sites include: <br /> 7-Eleven Store 14117 7-Eleven Store 17334 <br /> 2725 Country Club Blvd. 4501 North Pershing Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA Stockton, CA <br /> &-Eleven Store 17647 7-Eleven Store 19976 <br /> 1048 West Yosemite Ave. 1399 North main Street <br /> Manteca, CA Manteca, CA <br /> 7-Eleven Store 20632 7-Eleve Store 32190 <br /> 4627 Da Vinci Drive 4943 South State Route 99 <br /> Stockton, CA Stockton, CA <br /> 7-Eleven Store 32262 <br /> 2360 West Grantline <br /> Tracy, CA <br /> Glacier is responsible for inspection and assessment of existing tank sumps for re-use, replacement of <br /> those that are not, replacement of all under dispenser sumps, decontamination and removal/replacement <br /> of all existing fuel conveyance piping and containment sump penetration boots (including electrical <br /> conduit entry boots). Glacier's work also includes installation of Phase 1 Enhanced Vapor Recovery <br /> (EVR) on each UST, field-testing of all installed components, and coordination of compliance testing with <br /> an independent testing provider. <br /> This Workplan describes the methods, equipment and materials to be used by Glacier in the execution of <br /> the work. <br /> Glacier's qualifications to perform the work include over 13 years of fuel system installation and removal <br /> experience and petroleum contaminated site cleanup for government, private industry, and the <br /> environmental consulting community. Glacier employs International Code Council (ICC) certified Tank <br /> Install/Retrofit and Decommissioning Supervisors. <br /> Glacier is licensed by the State of California Contractors State License Board as an A-General <br /> Engineering Contractor; License Number 749738. <br /> Glacier field employees have or will have received training and certification from Environ Products, Inc., <br /> the manufacturer of the proposed pipe, fittings and dispenser sumps outlined in this workplan. <br /> All Glacier field personnel have a minimum of 40 hours Hazardous Waste Operations and Emergency <br /> Response training as defined by 29 CFR 1910.120 and three days of field experience under the <br /> Page 1 <br />
