As a professional <br />courtesy I agreed with your request for an extention to complete your title search and archive file <br />review to the week of Aug 20-24. 1 haven't heard from you and I am not happy with how this has <br />drifted away from you responding to my inquiries -and due date. <br />The current land owner/private responsible party is still actively investigating this site and with <br />Phillips deemed the last UST owner/operator, your participation is required also. <br />Please take the time to get back to me with information that you have verified Phillips Petroleum <br />operation at this site. <br />I will be adding ConocoPhillips as a responsible party this week.
