Ms. Shelby Lathrop has <br />informed me that CP does have this site listed as a Tidewater/Phillips concern and she has forwarded my. emails <br />to the Tidwater contracts department for verification. I initiallly allowed'CP to until August 3, 2007 to <br />formally acknowledge being the last LIST owner/operator .(responsible party) or provide.additional information as <br />to the LAST o/o. <br />heard from the Tidewater contracts person today and he advised me that meeting the Aug 3 deadline is difficult <br />and requested an extention to Aug 20 (my return to work from 2 weeks off) to verify the information I was <br />seeking. I approved the extention.
