Joseph Panetta, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. has conducted a review of <br />property history and usage for the f-acility located at 95 West 11 " Street, Tracy, California. The <br />subject property address for the former service station has been historically identified as 33 West 11 " <br />Street. The Assessors Parcel Number is currently 233-130-27 and was formerly 233-130-24, 25 and <br />26; the former service station has been identified on the western -most Parcels 24 and 25. The <br />eastern -most portion of the property had historically operated as a restaurant, "The Diner". <br />The purpose of the research was to obtain a specific site usage history of the property and to identify <br />Phillips Petroleum as the last known operator of the underground storage tanks at the site, <br />SUMMARY <br />AGE was requested by Mr. Joseph Panetta to investigate property ownership with reference to the <br />Phillips Service Station reported to have operated on the subject property from approximately 1956 <br />through the early 1970s as Gills Flying A/Gill's Phillips 66 Gas (through 1969) and Art's Phillips <br />66 Gas (1969-1970), at 33 West 11`" Street, the property owners of record during this time period <br />appear to have been .Tames and/or Lenore Kelly. <br />AGE conducted research at the San Joaquin County Assessor's Office (Assessor) to obtain property <br />assessment records and at the San Joaquin County Recorder's Office (Recorder) to search for <br />appropriate recorded documents. AGE notes that the Assessor's Office records did not include a <br />Service Station Record, just a Commercial Property Record, the first assessment was in 1973, when <br />the station was either closed or close to closure. <br />
