It appears that there was another I <br />release discovered. The second LEAK Report (dated 10121/03) identifies Joe Panetta as <br />the Responsible Party. Was the first release ever resolved by the previous <br />owner/operator? Was that release from different USTs'and were they removed prior to <br />your acquisition of site? Is there any affiliation between claimant and JLN Farms Inc. h <br />et.al? <br />2. Date Regulatory Agency Confirmed Release and Issued Cleanup Directives as 06/28/00. <br />The San Joaquin County letter dated 06/29/00 appears to be a -directive to Joe <br />Nomellini/JLN Farms Inc., not claimant.
