On 10/3100, San Joaquin County approved the Soil Remediation Work Plan by AGE dated <br />— August 31-,-2000�-Ws-this ?Jork-Plan-ever implemented and -by whom? <br />• AGE's letter dated 6/30104 states "According to Mr. Panetta, there is no affiliation between he and <br />Mr. Joe Nomeiline and/or JLN Farms, Inc." However, in San Joaquin County Environmental <br />Health's letter dated June 29, 2000, Notice of Responsibility, it indicates the site name to be JLN <br />Farms/Joe Penetta. Please explain. <br />• The UST Unauthorized Release Report for 5110100 indicates Method Used to Stop Discharge to be <br />Close Tank & Remove.
