Diner - 95 West 11" Street, Tracy, California Dear Ms. Rempel: At the request of Mr. Joe Panetta, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc. (AGE) is providing the following additional information for Underground Storage Tank Cleanup Fund CIaim No. 017963 The following is clarification of the information requested: The proper address for the site is 95 West 11 t' Street, Tracy, California. The site listed in GeoTracker as "Panetta Property @ I E. I L' Street" is incorrect. • The claimant's tax identification number is now properly recorded on Page one (1) of the application packet. A revised Page one (1) is attached. • The first unauthorized release report (UAR) for -the site was dated 05 October 2000, based upon an initial investigation at the site. The initial release, prior to Mr. Panetta's acquisition of the property, was never resolved. The source of the first release was assumed to be the piping from the former UST network from USTs removed during the 1970s. A second UAR, dated 21 October 2003, was issued as the result of the discovery of a previously unknown 500 -gallon fuel UST on the western edge of the property. The tankWas assumed to have been abandoned sometime prior to the 1.980s. According to Mr. Panetta, there is no affiliation between he and.Mr. Joe Nomellini and/or JLN Farms, Inc. It is our understanding that JLN Farms, Inc. (Joe Nomellini) was,a primary shareholder in the Harley Murray Trust, the former property .owner. Corrective action in response to the initial UAR (05 'October 2000) was initiated on .31 August 2000.
