Was the release of 10/21/03 a separate occurrence from <br />the release of 05/10/QO?z According to San Joaquin County letter dated 09116103, it appears the first <br />release was not laterally or vertically defined (which would mean you have a new release but the <br />same occurrence). <br />6118104 <br />• Claimant is required to provide documentation that all current and prior UST fees due on or after <br />January 1, 1991 imposed by Section 25299.41 of the Health and Safety Code have been paid.
