Wilson, R.E.H.S. <br />Margaret Lagorio, R.E.H.S. <br />Robert McClellon, R.E.H.S. <br />Mark Barcellos, R.E.H.S. <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY G'IVEN-that a corrective action. plan for remediation of a previously <br />leaking underground storage tank (UST) site located at 95 W. 11th Street, in the City of <br />Tracy (APN 233-130-24) on the northeast corner of West 11th Street and Adams <br />Street has been -reviewed by San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department <br />(EHD). The plan is.a proposal for mitigation of hazardous substances (soil -over - <br />excavation and removal) that has contaminated. the site from an unauthorized release <br />associated with the'UST system previously located on the property. <br />The EHD Local UST Oversight 'Program has made a tentative determination that the plan <br />is in compliance with local,. State and Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant <br />work will -not create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits <br />to be gained from cleanup of the contamination. <br />The corrective action plan. is available.for public review at EHD, 304 E. Weber Street, <br />Third Floor, Stockton, California, during normal working hours,. 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. If a <br />written request by any member of the public is not received. at EHD by 5:00 p.m. <br />Wednesday, September 24;2003, the tentative decision shall become final on that <br />date and time. <br />All .request9 for public hearings must be filed in writing to EHD at 304 E. Weber Ave., <br />Third Floor, Stockton,.95202.
