Waterloo Road
Stockton, California 95215
The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) is currently reviewing the files of
the aforementioned subject property to determine if the site is eligible to be considered for issuance
of a No Further Action closure letter.
The San Joaquin County (EHD) has received concurrence from the Central Valley Regional Quality
Control Board on a determination that "no further action is required" (closure) for the above,
referenced contaminated underground storage tank site.
i
The review found documentation has not been provided that indicates you are in compliance with
Section 25297.15 (a) in Chapter 6.7 of the Health and Safety Code. This Section requires the primary
or active responsible party to notify all current record owners of fee title to the site of a local
agency's determination that no further action is required. This Section also includes a
requirement that the local agency (EHD) not issue a closure letter, or make a determination that no
further action is required with respect to "hazardous substance" underground storage tank release
sites, unless all current record owner of fee title to the site have been notified of the proposed
action by the primary or active responsible party.
Please provide the EHD certification in writing that all record title owners have been notified of the
impending EHD closure determination. If you'are the sole property owner, provide a statement of that
fact to the EHD, to fulfill this requirement. Forms have been enclosed for your, use to facilitate this
request. Upon receipt of this document the EHD will continue with the closure review process.
