Wilmington <br /> Carson, CA 90810-1039 <br /> Subject: Shell Station <br /> 4315 Waterloo Road <br /> Stockton, CA <br /> The San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (EHD) has reviewed Groundwater <br /> Monitoring Report — First Quarter 2009 dated May 7, 2009, prepared by Conestoga-Rovers & <br /> Associates for the above subject site and provides the following comments. <br /> The State Water Resources Control Board passed a resolution on May 19, 2009, that includes a <br /> resolve that quarterly monitoring at underground storage tank cleanup sites be reduced to semi- <br /> annual or less frequent unless warranted. Therefore, the sampling of monitoring wells MW1 <br /> and MW5 can. be reduced to a semi-annual frequency.
