A copy of the CVRWQCB letter is <br /> enclosed. <br /> PHS/EHD recommends installing at least one groundwater monitoring well <br /> downgradient of the former and current underground storage tank system at the <br /> site to investigate if there is petroleum hydrocarbon or oxygenate impact to <br /> groundwater. At least two consecutive"quarters of sampling is required.
