0 <br /> 1. The developer shall comply with all applicable requirements of the SJVUAPCD as specified <br /> above in CDD's and MHCSD's conditions of approval. <br /> V. TRACY FIRE (Staff Contact: Steve Dalton, 468-2229) <br /> 1. The following Uniform Fire Code and San Joaquin County Ordinance requirements shall <br /> be applicable and shall be incorporated in the construction plans before submittal to the <br /> Community Development Department for a building permit. <br /> A. A complete review at building permit submittal will require compliance with applicable . <br /> codes and ordinances. <br /> B. Fire flow and hydrants shall be provided for the proposed project by the use of <br /> Appendix III-A and Appendix III-B of the California Fire Code. <br /> C. Fire sprinkler systems shall be installed according to Article 10 of the California fire <br /> Code and the appropr ate standards and guides adopted in Chapter 35 of the <br /> California Building Code and the California Electrical Code. <br /> D. Fire department access roads shall be in accordance with Section 902.2 of the <br /> California Fire Code and the standards adopted by the San Joaquin County Fire <br /> Chiefs Association. <br /> E. The project shall comply with the San Joaquin County Development Title Section 9- <br /> 1150.18, Road Naming Procedures. The process specified in Section 1150.18 shall <br /> be completed prior to requesting Fire Department approval of road names. <br /> 2. All undeveloped parcels of the subdivision shall remain free of Combustible Vegetation <br /> (weeds)and debris throughout the year to the satisfaction of the Fire Jurisdiction having <br /> Authority in accordance with California Fire Code 2001 Edition, Section 1103.2.4. <br /> 21 <br />
