Parcels 16 and 26 shallipso meet the noise level standards specifie*able 11.2 of the <br /> Master Plan for stationary noise sources. <br /> Timing: Inclusion of note on the Final Map approved by CDD prior to Final Map approval, and <br /> compliance verified prior to issuance of building permits. <br /> 18. Interior Noise Levels: Noise reduction measures to address transportation noise sources <br /> shall be implemented by the developer(s)to ensure that interior noise levels in offices, hotels, <br /> and similar structures meant for occupancy are maintained at or below an Ldn of 45 dB. <br /> [General Plan Policy V, D (b); Mountain House Development Title Section 9-1025.9M (c).j <br /> Timing: Compliance verified prior to the issuance of building permits. <br /> 19. Construction Noise: The following measure shall be implemented during construction: <br /> • Construction shall be limited to the hours of 6:00 AM to 9:00 PM on weekdays. Extended <br /> hours which may include Saturdays and Sundays may be allowed through prior notice to <br /> adjacent residents and landowners, and prior approval of the MHCSD for infrastructure <br /> construction and CDD for building permits. <br /> • Equip all construction vehicles or equipment,fixed or mobile,with properly operating and <br /> maintained mufflers and acoustical shields or shrouds, in accordance with the <br /> manufacturers' recommendations. <br /> • Arrange all construction equipment and truck routes to minimize travel adjacent to <br /> occupied residences. <br /> • Locate stationary construction equipment and staging areas as far as possible from <br /> sensitive receptors. Temporary acoustic barriers may be installed around stationary <br /> equipment, if necessary. <br /> Timing: Inclusion of the above measures as notes on Improvement Plans approved by CDD <br /> and MHCSD prior to Final Map approval. <br /> GEOLOGY AND SOILS <br /> 20. Seismic Safety: The applicant shall comply with the applicable provisions of the MHCSD <br /> Emergency Preparedness Plan. <br /> Timing: Inclusion of a note on Improvement Plans approved by CDD and MHCSD prior to <br /> approval of Final Maps. <br /> 21. Geotechnical Investigation Recommendations: The applicant shall follow the <br /> recommendations of the Mountain House Business Park Preliminary Geotechnical Services <br /> Report, prepared by Kleinfelder, Inc, dated November 6, 2002,for site preparation and <br /> completion of structures. <br /> Timing: Inclusion of a note on Improvement Plans approved by CDD and MHCSD prior to <br /> approval of Final Maps,. . [San Joaquin County Development Title, Chapter 9-9051 <br /> HAZARDS <br /> 22. Chevron Crude oil Pipeline Rupture: Project grading, excavation, and other earth-moving <br /> activities in or directly adjacent to the December 4, 2003 Chevron crude oil release shall not <br /> occur until cleanup has been completed and approved by DTSC and RWQCB. <br /> Timing:The developer(s)shall provide a letter to EHD and CDD as evidence that the <br /> remediation of the site has been completed and approved by DTSC and RWQCB. Said letter <br /> or proof shall be provided prior to CDD's and MHCSD's approval of applicable Improvement <br /> 5 <br />
