THEY CONSUMED STEAK <br /> BURRITO WITH ENCHALADA SAUCE, SALSA. BECAME ILL A FEW HOURS LATER WITH SYMPTOMS OF VOMITING <br /> AND DIARRHEA. COMPLAINANT STATES SEVERAL COCKROACHES WERE OBSERVED ON GLUE BOARD(SEE <br /> ATTACHED PHOTOS) <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #14 Food Contact Surfaces Sanitized or Warewashing Sanitization <br /> OBSERVATIONS:One compartment of 3 comp sink was full of clean utensils that were drying.This is not allowed. Utensils <br /> shall dry on drain board. Sink tubs shall be used to wash-rinse-sanitize. <br /> NOTE: Ware washing wash not taking place at time of visit.The utensils in tub were completely dry(from yesterday). <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All food contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean and sanitized. Some other shelves in kitchen/prep area are not clean. Detail clean on <br /> a routine basis. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:All nonfood contact surfaces of utensils and equipment shall be clean. Detail all floors on a routine basis. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION:The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair.
