She stated that when customers walked in they stated that it was her <br /> birthday and what could she get for free.Then she started complained that the food prices were too high.When they got their <br /> order they wanted free guacamole and sour cream. Later on they found a vermin trap close to back exit door at dinning area. <br /> They made a big deal out of it and placed it on top of a table were a group of 8 customers were having their meal.They <br /> started yelling and causing a big scene. <br /> Food process:Wet burrito comes with beef, beans, rice, salsa, cilantro, onions, mozarella, and gravy sauce.Tomato sauce <br /> made with tomatoes, chile, and condiments. Gravy made with chile, chicken broth, and flour. Food made when order is <br /> placed. <br /> Observations:All food temperatures ok, hand wash stations have all hot/cold water, soap and towels, sanitizer available, no <br /> one has been ill or out of the country.Trap at customer area had dead bugs.
