SAN J O ilil U I Environmental Health Department <br /> C0 U F1T <br /> Food Program Complaint Inspection Report <br /> Facility Name and Address: VICTORIAS TAQUIZAS, 616 W HAMMER LN, STOCKTON 95210 <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to owner who stated that customer did not inform her of customers getting ill from the meal. She did stated that one <br /> customer from a catering job this weekend complained that the food was delivered late. She stated that no one has been out <br /> of the country or have been ill. <br /> Food process: Per owner all food is cooked and delivered that same day. It is served from a catering cart. Cart has a steam <br /> table. Condiments are self served and kept iced. Rice is cooked with seasoning salt, garlic, and chicken base. Beans are <br /> boiled and seasoned with salt and garlic.All of the meats(pork, chicken, beef)are bought from EI Gallo Commissary in Lodi. <br /> They are received cut up and cooked on site . Meats have seasoned salt. Pork meat also have pineapple.
