Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> I went to the facility and spoke to the Assistant Manager who was not aware of complaint prior to my visit. <br /> I also spoke to Co-Manager,who was aware of complaint. <br /> Per Co-manager toilet seat covers were out at the time, and the following day seat covers were received by distributor. <br /> Per Assistant Manager, restrooms are checked every hour. Restrooms are checked for cleanliness and and are cleaned and <br /> are restocked with supplies as needed. <br /> I observed front Women's restroom, all stalls are stocked with toilet paper in dispensers.
