Water was found in the 87 fill sump, 87 STP sump, and 91 fill sump. Secondary containment <br />shall be constructed to prevent any water intrusion into the system by precipitation, infiltration, or surface <br />runoff. Immediately remove this liquid, make a hazardous waste determination per Title 22 hazardous <br />waste regulations, and manage accordingly. Immediately contact a properly licensed, trained, and <br />certified contractor to address the water intrusion into these sumps under permit and inspection of the <br />EHD. <br />Complete and submit a copy of the Return to Compliance Certification to the EHD by May 3, 2014 along <br />with a statement documenting the corrective actions that have been or will be taken for each violation <br />and any supporting paperwork. <br />Note: According to a November 4, 2013 maintenance record on site in response to L12 (UDC 3/4 brine <br />sensor) alarms on November 1, 2, and 3, 2013, the brine sensor was found not in the brine.
