The parcel is#31 and can be located in Assessor's Book 97 <br /> REMEDIAL ACTIONHISTORY <br /> October 21, 1988 <br /> Town and Country removed three 10,000-gallon single walled steel underground storage <br /> tanks and associated product dispensing piping that contained unleaded gasoline, regular <br /> gasoline and premium unleaded gasoline Gasoline tainted soil was discovered beneath the <br /> tanks and associated piping at that time <br /> October 25, 1988 <br /> • The former UST area was over-excavated to the 22-foot depth removing approximately 600 <br /> cubic yards of tainted soil This soil was uncontrolled aerated on site.
