LINCOLN CENTER 7-24-91
which produces water vapor and CO. as byproducts . The contact
county agencies concerning this site are DHS-San Joaquin County,
Diane Hinson ( 209 ) 468-3454 and Aar Quality Management, Tom
Peterson ( 209 ) 468-3470 .
I understand you and your consultants concern, should the
chlorinated plume found beneath Lincoln Center migrate near our
remediation efforts . With this in mind I would like to ask your
permission allowing us to install the PG&E gas line lateral from
the street to where the meter will be set. We will not perform
any other construction until everyone has agreed upon the effects ,
the Lincoln Center Plume has upon the hydorcarbon plume at former
Regal 603 . The reason I would like to proceed with the PG&E
lateral is the problem of rescheduling and time delays concerning
PG&E. This phase of the construction will take two days . Day one
would be trenching, laying the pipe (by PG&E) , backfilling and
compacting. Day two would be resurfacing with ashpalt.
I will give you a call after you have had time to read the
facsimile of this letter to make sure everything is in agreement
with you . I appreciate your promptness concerning this matter ,
and am looking forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely yours ,
v
George/ .
