According to <br /> Larry Williams, City of Stockton Municipal Utilities District <br /> (November 5, 1991 telecommunication) discharge to the City of <br /> Stockton sanitary sewer was denied. Please submit an alternate <br /> disposal plan for treated groundwater. <br /> The extent of groundwater contamination has not been physically <br /> defined. Additional monitoring wells will be required to define <br /> the contamination plume.
