At a minimum, the following equipment shall <br />be on site to aid in the control of fires: <br />* 1 dry chemical fire extinguisher <br />* 1 two and one-half gallon water extinguisher <br />* 1 pike pole at least ten feet in length <br />* 1 round point and 1 square point shovel <br />(2) During the waste tire removal operation commencing <br />forthwith, accessible fire lanes between waste tire <br />piles and structures shall be kept free of flammable or <br />combustible material and vegetation. Access to fire <br />lanes for emergency vehicles must be unobstructed at <br />all times. <br />(3) During the waste tire removal operation commencing <br />forthwith, the owner/operator shall ensure that open <br />flames, blow torches, or highly flammable materials, <br />including but not limited to, tire inner tubes, are not <br />stored within 40 feet of any waste tire pile. <br />(4) During the waste tire removal operation commencing <br />forthwith, treatments or methods necessary to prevent <br />or eliminate vector breeding shall be undertaken, <br />provided the control program is approved as appropriate <br />and effective by the local vector control authority. <br />(5) No part of this Clean Up and Abatement Order shall <br />be construed to preclude other fire prevention measures <br />as required by local fire authorities. <br />PLEASE TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT PURSUANT TO PRC SECTIONS <br />42845 and 42850, if the above actions are not completed or <br />4. <br />
