Cease acceptance of any waste tires at this WTF until <br />such time that a permit has been obtained or this WTF no longer <br />meets the minor WTF definition. <br />2. Remove all waste tires from the premises by March 31, <br />1999, in accordance with the following waste tire removal schedule <br />and operation plan. <br />A. Waste Tire Removal Schedule <br />(1) Waste tires shall be removed from the premises. <br />The CIWMB must approve the destinations of the tires to <br />ensure that they are legally transported by a <br />Registered Waste Tire Hauler to an approved facility. <br />(2) All waste tires (whole and/or tire equivalents) <br />will be removed by March 31, 1999. Copies of <br />destination receipts and waste tire manifests must be <br />submitted to the CIWMB on or before April 7, 1999. <br />B.
