ELEVENTH STREET, TRACY <br /> 5/88 Monitoring wells installed. <br /> 12/88 Underground storage tanks removed. <br /> 8/89 New tank installation plans approved by San Joaquin <br /> County. <br /> 9/89 County informed that property buyer did not want to <br /> install new tanks until plan for site evaluation was <br /> accepted by all regulatory agencies. <br /> 10/89 County and State Regional Water Quality Control Board <br /> approved plan for site evaluation with conditions . <br /> 3/90 Meeting at Regional Board office with county, Birla <br /> brothers, Bill Stewart in attendance. Mr. Stewart <br /> stated he had no further money to perform investigation <br /> or remediation. <br /> 6/91 County letter to Mr. Birla regarding installation of <br /> tanks. <br /> 9/92 Mr. Stewart received "Letter of Committment" from State <br /> for cleanup fund reimbursement . Mr. Stewart has <br /> complied with all investigation and remediation <br /> directives from County since that time . <br />
