The bore hole will then be backfilled over its entire depth with <br /> portland cement using a tremmie pipe. Monitoring wells MW-2, MW-3 and MW-4 will be filled <br /> with grout; a pressure will be applied to each well for approximately five minutes to ensure grout <br /> penetration into the filter pack. Each well will subsequently be over-drilled to a depth of <br /> approximately 3 feet at a boring diameter of three feet. On-site wells will be filled to approximately <br /> four inches below surface grade with neat cement. Asphalt patch will be used at the surface to match <br /> the surrounding pavement.
