JULY 26, 1993 <br /> PUBLIC NOTICE <br /> NOTICE OF FINDINGS REGARDING <br /> SITE MITIGATION PLAN <br /> NOTICE IS I-IEREBY GIVEN that a corrective action plan for remediation of an <br /> underground leaking storage tank site located at 515 W. Eleventh, in the City of Tracy, has <br /> been reviewed by San Joaquin County Public Health Services, Environmental Health <br /> Division (PHS/EHD). The plan is a proposal for the re-excavation of approximately 200 <br /> cubic yards of soil which was contaminated due to unauthorized releases associated with <br /> underground storage tanks (UST) which were located on the property. <br /> PHS/EHD, Local UST Oversight Program,has made a tenative determination that the plan <br /> is in compliance with local, State and Federal laws and regulations and that the resultant <br /> work will not create significant adverse environmental impacts which exceed the benefits to <br /> be gained from cleanup of the contamination. The tenative decision will become final on <br /> August 9, 1993. <br /> The corrective action plan is available for public review at the PHS/EHD, 445 N. San <br /> Joaquin Street, Stockton, Calffornfa, during normal working hours, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. <br /> Questions should be directed to Margaret Lagorio, Senior REHS, at (209) 468-3449 <br /> regarding site specific procedures. <br />
