MW-3 and MW-9 to be over bored to full depth <br /> plus 1-foot (18' bgs) and grouted with non-hardening bentonite <br /> material and allowed to stand undisturbed for no less than 48 hours. <br /> No cement grout to be used for these well destructions. <br /> California UST Code of Regulations requires all corrective actions <br /> (Interim remedial action) to enter into public participation prior to <br /> final plan approval. The public is to be notified and allowed a <br /> comment period prior to enactment of the corrective action. This <br /> work plan is tentatively approved and will be allowed to proceed <br /> once the public has had adequate time to comment. <br />
