Cox & Cox page 2
595 E. 11th Street July 10, 2008
Tracy, CA 95376
The EHD has concluded that an acceptable way to gather the data to provide support
for some of the above noted items would be to submit a work plan to collect soil and
grab ground water samples. This data could help to demonstrate that the vertical
delineation of impacted ground water has been determined and validate data from
MW-4 with slightly deeper soil and ground water data. A revised soil plume mass and a
revised residual mass estimate can be determined with the new data and the results
should be resubmitted to the EHD for evaluation for no further action.
Please submit the required information or a work plan to acquire the information
by August 15, 2008.
If you have any questions, please contact Michael Infurna, Senior Registered
Environmental Health Specialist at (209) 468-3454. Mr. Infuma may also be contacted
by electronic mail at Minfurna@sicehd.com.
Sincerely,
A
Michael J.
