(Wright) has prepared this quarterly monitoring well sampling
i4 report for the above referenced site. As you know, several phases of work have been performed at
this site. This quarterly groundwater monitoring work is in response to a request from the San
Joaquin County Environmental Health Department (SJC/EHD) for site quarterly groundwater '
monitoring for the dissolved plume.
r
i
Wright has completed the soil excavation of contaminated soil that was primarily located in the
vicinity of wells MW-9 and MW-3 and just north of the former underground tank locations.
Those wells were abandoned for the excavation. The results of that work were submitted under a
separate report cover.
f
This report presents the reinstallation of the monitoring wells (MW-3R and MW-9R) and the last
quarter 2004 monitoring so the, replacement wells could be added to the sampling and analysis.
The quarterly monitoring for the last quarter 2004 follows the monitoring well information.
SECTION 1. The re-installed
wells are within about five feet of the original locations.
