Valley Regional Water Quality Control, <br /> Board (CV}`.'iQCB) and San Joaquin County Environmental Health <br /> Division (SJC-EHD) . Western Geo-Engineers has followed the Tri- <br /> Regional Board Staff Recommendations for Preliminary Evaluation <br /> and Investigation of Underground Tank Sites (T-RBSRFPE&TOUTS) , <br /> August 10, 1990, page 21-TABLE #3, Secti;;n II Closures, see <br /> Appendix A. <br /> The following Table #3 conditions meet the requirements for <br /> consideration of site closure: <br /> SITE HISTORY <br /> Items 1. through 5. can be found in Appendix B, letter dated <br /> January 22, 1991, from Desert Petroleum Inc. <br /> Item 6.
