This addendum work plan was requested <br /> by Mr. John Rutherford of Desert Petroleum on March 8, 1993 . <br /> SITE LOCATION <br /> %= ON 787 is located in Section 29; 'P2S; <br /> Desert Petroleum STATION # <br /> ""j R5E; MDB&M on the corner of 950 West lith Street and 9th Street, <br /> in Tracy, California. <br /> PURPOSE AND SCOPE <br /> On February 11 , 1993, a meeting at the PHS/EHD, 445 N. San <br /> Joaquin Street, Stockton, California occurred to discuss what <br /> additional sampling was needed to consider the above site for <br /> recommendation for site closure. Attendants of the meeting were <br /> Linda Turkatte and Diane Hinson of San Joaquin County Health, <br /> John Rutherford of Desert Petroleum, and myself, George Converse <br /> of Western Geo-Engineers. As stated in the February 25, 1993 <br /> letter, Appendix A, two sample borings were needed to test sr " <br /> above top of ground water northeast and west of the undergr.. . .d <br /> storage tanks. Also the northeast boring is to be completed as a <br /> monitoring well (MW4) and the ground water tested for total <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons gasoline range (TPHg) , BTEX and 'lead. The <br /> pre-existing ground water monitoring wells will also be tested <br /> for TPHg, BTEX and lead. All four wells will. be surveyed by a <br /> licensed surveyor (Nolte & Assoc. ) and will be used for ground <br /> water gradient information. <br /> pagel. <br />
