The pre-approved amount includes costs for: contaminated soil removals (---50 cubic yards),backfills,project management,report preparation, sampling and analyses for TPHg/d and BTEX, and sample three existing wells. Upon completion of the work,you are required to submit a copy of the results to the County and the Fund for reviews. (Note: This preapproval does not guarantee that a Letter of Commitment(LOC)will be issued for this site. Since a LOC has not yet been issued,no money is currently obligated for reimbursement of expenditures for work directed and approved by the County for your site.) ` Be aware that this pre-approval does not constitute a decision on reimbursement: all reasonable and j necessary corrective action costs far work directed and approved by the County will be eligible for reimbursement per the terms ofyour Letter of Commitment at costs consistent with those pre-approved in this letter.
