Hunter <br /> and Associates for the above referenced site. <br /> PHS/EHD requires all pertinent data to be submitted prior to determining the closure eligibility of this site. <br /> Please submit a quarterly report which includes a survey of wells within 2000 feet, and a map showing <br /> nearby well locations and the distance to the Tracy water system.The presence of free product noted in <br /> SS-2 should be included in Table III.The report should include an estimation of the mass volume of <br /> petroleum hydrocarbons removed and the volume remaining subsequent to the September 19, 1995 over <br /> excavation. Cross sections depicting lithology in relation to residual contamination and a tabulation of the <br /> domestic well analytical results should also be included in the report. <br /> Diesel range hydrocarbons C12-C14 were detected in soil and groundwater during the July 25, 1996 <br /> investigation.The monitoring well samples were not analyzed for TPH-d. Please include the EPA 8015 <br /> analysis for TPH-d in the next round of monitoring well sampling. Monitoring well samples have not been <br /> analyzed for MTBE. Please include an MTBE distinction with the EPA 8020 analysis in the next round of <br /> monitoring well sampling.The domestic well adjacent to the western side of the body repair shop has not <br /> been analyzed for petroleum hydrocarbons.
