A travel blank will be provided by the laboratory
and blanks will be collected before sampling to insure bailer or pump cleanliness.
Water samples will be collected by using either a Teflon bailer or a bladder pump.
4.9 Cross Contamination Prevention
-, All sample equipment(split spoon sampler,brass tubes,bailer,&pumps)and auger
(drilling rod, drilling bits,&auger) will be thoroughly steam cleaned before being used
and between uses.
