Chevron Products Company Page 2 <br /> Chevron Station#20-1383.1960 West 11"Street Tracy,California February 5.2002 <br /> All samples were analyzed for total petroleum hydrocarbons quantified as gasoline (TPHg), <br /> benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylenes (BTEX), MtBE, di-isopropyl ether (RIPE), tertiary <br /> amyl methyl ether (TAME), ethyl tertiary butyl ether (EtBE), tertiary butyl alcohol (TBA), <br /> ethylene dibromide (EDB), and 1,2 dichloroethane (1,2-DCA), methanol, and ethanol. <br /> The results of the drilling and analysis are described below: <br /> • Groundwater Sampling and Analysis. MtBE w - ted at concentrations of 8.0 <br /> micrograms per liter (µg/1), 6.0 µg/1, 1.0 µg/1, . d 12.OAto in the-groundyvater samples <br /> collected from borings DP-3, DP-4, DP-5, *d-DP-6, respectively. No other target <br /> analytes were detected above the method reporting limits in the six water samples <br /> analyzed by the laboratory. Groundwater analytical results are summarized in Table 1. <br /> Laboratory analytical reports and chain-of-custody documents are presented as <br /> Attachment C. <br /> CONCLUSION <br /> Based on the results of this assessment, SECOR does not suspect that a release, which could <br /> have impacted the Safeway property to the north, has occurred at the subject site. SJCEHD <br /> concurred with this conclusion during a telephone conversation between Jeffrey Wong of <br /> SJCEHD and Bill Brasher of SECOR on December 5, 2001.
