All structures and fill placed in any 100 year flood zone, or floodway shall meet the requirements of <br /> I ASCE 24-05. <br /> 6. Encroachments into the floodway shall meet the following requirement: <br /> a. All new subdivision proposals and other proposed development(including proposals for <br /> manufactured home parks and subdivisions) greater than 50 lots or five (5) acres,whichever <br /> is lesser,include within such proposals base flood elevation data. (Development Title section <br /> 9-1605.15(c)) <br /> 7. Proposal shall meet all requirements of California Department of Water Resources prior to approval <br /> by San Joaquin County. <br /> 8. Proposal shall meet all requirements of the California Central Valley Flood Protection Board prior to <br /> approval by San Joaquin County. <br /> 9. Proposal shall meet all requirements of FEMA prior to approval by San Joaquin County. <br /> 10. The term"Storm Drain Pond" shall not be used to label the pond until such time as it is proved to <br /> actually be a storm drain pond. <br /> 11. A Site Condition Plan drawn to scale showing topogr4phy and cross-sections shall be rovided to <br /> the San Joaquin CountyDe artment of Public Works prior to a royal of this application. <br /> 4 12. The elevation line 38 shown on the FEMA FIRM panel 060299 0290 B July 4 1988 shall be <br /> accurately delineated on the site lan. <br /> 13. The State of California flood zone and floQdwa_y shall be precisely delineated on the site plan. <br /> 14. The site 1plan shall show the structure located on the north end of the expanded lake see attached <br /> photos dated 1210612007). <br /> 15. The southernmost building located on the east bank of the expanded lake shall have a minimum <br /> finished floor elevation of 39.00 feet NVGD 1929. <br /> 16. The circulating system for the expanded lake shall be delineated on the site plan and described in <br /> writing prior to approval. <br /> 17. The site plan shall show the datum used for the surve . <br /> l 18.
