BENNETT TRUST <br /> PA-0400479 SA <br /> Assessors Parcel Number: 013-120-65 <br /> We have reviewed the tentative map or proposal and our comments are as follows: <br /> a. This map is acceptable <br /> b. This site plan is X not acceptable for the following reason(s): <br /> 1. The FEMA flood zone and floodway shall be precisely delineated not <br /> approximated. <br /> A. The elevation line 38 shown on the FEMA FIRM panel 060299 0290 B, <br /> July 4, 1988 shall be accurately delineated on the site plan. <br /> 2. The State of California flood zone and floodway shall be precisely delineated <br /> on the site plan. <br /> 3. The structure located on the north end of the expanded lake (see attached <br /> ` photos dated 12106/2007) lake is not shown on the site plan. <br /> 4. The southern most building located on the east bank of the expanded lake shall <br /> have a minimum finished floor elevation of 39.00 feet NVGD 1929. <br /> 5. The circulating system for the expanded lake shall be delineated on the site plan and <br /> described in writing prior to approval. <br /> C. Other comments <br /> 1. The project site is located within FIRM panel 060299 0290 B, July 4, 1988, flood <br /> zone At 2, approximate elevation 38 feet NGVD 1929. <br /> A. Flood zone Al2 are areas of 100-year flood; base flood elevations and <br /> flood hazard factors determined. <br />
