(4) The construction site plan shall indicate the following: (A) Provide parking for the physically disabled. The space(s) shall be located as close as possible to the primary entrance(C.C.R.,Title 24). (i3) Provide identification signs for the parking space(s) including the "tow away" sign at each entrance or visible from each space (C.C.R., Title 24). (C) The slope of a parking space shall not exceed 114 inch per foot(C.C.R.,Title 24). (D) Provide one van parking space. An encroachment permit shall be required for all work within the road right-of-way. 'Driveway encroachment permits are for flatwork only. The fee will be based on the current schedule at the time of payment.
