INTRODUCTION S� /"`•r'�� <br /> Our office has been retained by Eric Dahl to perform a soil suitability study for his property located at <br /> the northeast corner of the Southern Pacific Railroad and Acampo Rd,Acampo, California. The property does <br /> not have a MS number assigned to it but the parcel number is APN -013-190-24. The purpose of the study is <br /> to determine the suitability of the property for septic tank usage. The study was performed according to the <br /> requirements of Section 9-10100 (c) of San Joaquin County Ordinances. This report presents the results of our <br /> study. <br /> 1I. PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> The area where the property is located is currently zoned AG-40, for general agricultural use. The <br /> subject Dahl property consist of a 38.57 acre parcel that is trapezoidal in shape (see the enclosed parcel map). <br /> It is proposed to construct a private residence at the southern portion of the parcel,beginning approximately 200 <br /> feet north of Acamgo Rd. With the exception of the residence, no other changes in land use are proposed for <br /> the subject parcel at this time. <br /> III. PRESENT AND PAST USE OF THE SITE <br /> The subject parcel is presently cultivated in grape vines and has been for the last 30* years. The use <br /> of the property prior to that is unknown but it is likely to have been either grape vines or general agricultural <br /> use. <br /> IV EXISTING AND PROPOSED SEPTIC TANK USAGE <br /> It is proposed to utilize a on site sewage disposal system for the proposed residence that is to be <br /> constructed. All of the neighbor in the area are currently using on site sewage disposal systems. These systems <br /> generally consist of a septic tank and either leach lines or leach lines in combination with dry wells.
