INTRODUCTION <br /> This study was made to satisfy the requirements of the <br /> Conditions of Approval for MS-92-22. <br /> PROPOSED DEVELOPMENT <br /> Proposed Parcel 1 contains a mobile home with a septic <br /> system and a dormitory building with a separate septic <br /> system. This building is used , under permit , as a labor <br /> camp, and will be removed prior to any development ( i .e. , <br /> construction of a home) on the parcel . <br /> Parcel 2 is the remaining ten acre parcel and may be used <br /> as a homesite in the future. See Exhibit 1 . <br /> PRESENT AND PAST USES OF THE SITE <br /> The site is presently used as mature vineyard with the <br /> labor camp as described above. <br /> EXISTING SEPTIC TANK USEAGE <br /> The owner reported that the existing septic systems are six <br /> years old , and that he has not had any problems with the <br /> leach areas . <br /> We also interviewed neighbors regarding their septic <br /> systems, with the results as follows: <br /> APN # : 013-190-11 <br /> OWNER: S. Estimate groundwater depth as 40 <br /> feet . <br /> APN # : 013-210-01 <br /> OWNER : Hartford Gwinn <br /> 3252 East Acampo Road <br /> SEPTIC: Septic system constructed with home in 1936 . <br /> No problems with leach area . He estimates <br /> depth of groundwater at 70± feet . <br /> APN # : 013-210-02 <br /> OWNER: Edward Geiszler <br /> 3254 East Acampo Road <br /> SEPTIC: Septic system constructed in 1957 , no problems <br /> reported . Groundwater depth 56 fleet per drilling <br /> log , 1990. <br />
